I naively wanted to be THE PERFECT PARENT and do it right. But there is no such thing as the perfect parent or doing it right. We are humans with our own core (and maybe limiting) beliefs, filters, thoughts, pasts, and backgrounds. And then we have our children, who are all different and unique in their own way (even if they are siblings). They require different approaches, skills, and behaviors from us. 

We all agree that being a parent is the most challenging job.

 

I hope you know that YOU are the best parent for your child and children! But that does not mean you do not need to learn, develop, and thrive to bring your best self out. For you and them! With coaching, you can become more conscious and gain greater awareness of your parenting style and your “whys,” so you are not passing your agenda and “luggage” onto your kids. Would having a more positive and connected relationship within your family not be amazing? That would also mean less stress, finding balance, and more quality time together.

That’s when working with me can come into the picture.

As a coach, I am not here to tell you what to do. I am here to provide support, guidance, and encouragement to help you discover your inner strengths, skills, and abilities so you can successfully navigate the challenges of parenting and connect with your child so that you can all thrive as a family.
