However, each session is reserved specifically for you, and late cancellations limit our ability to offer the spot to another client who may be waiting. We ask all clients to plan ahead and adhere to our policy below for paid Family Constellation sessions:
Cancellation Policy
- 48-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel your Family Constellation session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment.
- Full Refund: Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund.
- Non-Refundable Cancellation: If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, the session fee is non-refundable, as we are unable to rebook the time on short notice.
Rescheduling Policy
- 24-Hour Notice Required: If you wish to reschedule a paid Family Constellation session, please notify us at least 24 hours before the original appointment time.
- Flexible Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made within this timeframe will be accommodated based on our availability.
